Workout Motivation

I joined a gym 3 months ago and FINALLY went today! I only did 30 minutes of cardio but that’s 30 minutes that I didn’t do yesterday. My mom and I went together. We are each other accountability partner. On the way she noticed that I brought headphones to listen to music and she forgot hers. I told her I learned the hard way I can’t make it at the gym without it. It’s my motivation. My list is so random. It consists of rap, pop, and rock – and there is no particular order as a listen to it on shuffle.
